I bought this brand of thermometer to replace an older, similar thermometer that was hard to read and seemingly took forever to register the temperature.
Reads true when compared to my Chef grade digital thermometer. Seem rather well made, and some might find the " idiot scale" that tells you how to cook what meat useful.Published 12 months ago by Demeter
