About CEP and Compression
Every muscle cell in the body needs energy in the form of oxygen, which is transported to the muscles via the blood. The better the blood flow in the body, the better the muscles are supplied with oxygen and nutrients, and this function can be positively influenced via target graduated compression.

CEP compression sportswear is the result of six decades of research and development on the effects of compression. Advanced stitching technology, developed by medical compression specialists, allows compression thread to be precisely incorporated into the circular knitted material. This results in physiologically optimized compression for greater performance, longer endurance, and faster recovery.

I started running in October 2010 and had terrible shin splints. I was determined to train for a 5K and keep running after the race, so I was committed to finding solutions for my pain. These socks helped tremendously and I still wear them. Highly recommended. The fit is very comfortable, they have weathered the past 6 months of consistent wear and tear.

There is a reason I am willing to spend $35-$50 on a pair of socks. Compression has proven to me to help with my recovery time and comfort level during my intense Crossfit workouts/running as well as an unintended purpose protecting my shins during deadlifts/cleans. I prefer the graduated compression of the Asics Kinsai socks. The CEP is all over compression where as the Asics almost seems to support and take into consideration the shape of your calves and ankles.

I have achilles and heel issues for about a year and look for anything I can to help with relief from the pain, especially after a workout or a day of being on my feet all day. These CEP Compression socks have been amazing at helping with recovery and pain relief. I usually throw them on after I shower after a workout and I have noticed a large reduction in pain at night. The compression socks help with circulation and to reduce and deter swelling. They are tight enough to do the job but not so tight that they are uncomfortable. They can also be worn during a workout to help with muscle performance by keeping the muscles secured so that they do not tire as quickly and the extra circulation helps with muscle building and performance. I have purchased a couple of pairs and definitely will purchase a few more to add to the collection. I highly recommend trying them out if you are an athlete looking for an extra boost to your run or workout, or to help with recovery of your muscles afterward.

as a long distance runner I have danced with injuries frequently and have frequently had shin splints due to high milage runs/ weeks. until I learned of compression socks. OMG my life has changed. I wear these socks after a difficult tempo/hill workout and after longer distances. I no longer battle the same soreness I did before. buy them. they are worth it.

I purchased these after reading the insistent reviews that these socks were helpful for endurance and keeping muscles warm during and after long runs. During the winter and cold months, I really loved these during my 10+ mile runs. I found that my calves were less sore after and even during my runs - which is a huge plus. Once the weather started to heat up, I found my legs felt... trapped - which is a ridiculous thing to say, but I have determined that these are strictly a winter running item. Love them either way! Will try the sleeves for summer weather!

Cannot say enough good things about these. I use these while working (I work in healthcare - hours and hours on my feet) and they make such a big difference to my energy and stamina. After work I never feel tired or sore. I also run in these and after trying numerous brands, these are by far the best. They provide great support, and don't feel constricting. I tend to last longer running and almost never have any post-run pain (depending on distance). Would highly highly recommend these to anyone whether for the office/work, travel, or for workouts & runs. There is a trick to getting them on quickly and easily, just search under youtube and there are numerous videos (the compression makes these harder to get on as opposed to regular socks).

I bought these on recommendation from someone who said they wished they'd known to run with compression socks for their first half marathon. They were so comfortable and held my legs tight. My feet fell asleep so I use them for after race recovery. Love the color. After much research and trying a lot of different kinds, these were my favorite full sock version. Yes, they are worth every penny because they help with recovery so well.

I am an avid runner of 20+ years...recently starting having shin splint issues, I read reviews stating these socks helped with that. They do help, but do NOT remove all pain associated with shin splints during a run. My splints begin around mile 2 with these socks and without them at 1/2 a mile. I am able to continue my run most of the time. The true beauty of the socks come in post run. Shin splints subside very quickly with the sock without the need for pain medication. I recommend product for that reason. But don't expect to not have shin splints anymore. These are not a cure for that.
