I purchased and installed this on a 2005 Toyota Camry. It is about the simplest replacement part to do by yourself. The fit on the filter was perfect; very snug and tighter even than the OEM cabin air filter that was previously installed. Be sure to orient the filter so that you can compress the "accordion" of the filter element a bit to tuck it under the little tabs that hold the filter in place. Also make sure to match the arrow on the filter with the direction of air flow for the ventilation system (on the '05 Camry the air flow is up).

Don't expect the baking soda and activated carbon to magically eliminate any outside odors from coming in to the vehicle. We can't really tell if this filter is really twice as effective at deodorizing than regular filters, as the description claims. However, one thing we have noticed is that the filter does seem effective at getting rid of the musty smell that sometimes occurs after the car is started again after the A/C has been running for awhile.

One negative characteristic of this filter is that the volume of air coming out of our vents seems to be noticeably weaker than before with an OEM filter. This seems to be a consequence of the more effective filtering ability of this filter. This hasn't been a problem so far, but we will see if this decrease in air flow is sufficient to reduce the effectiveness of the A/C system when the weather gets hot again.

Yes I have a Smart ForTwo and yes this filter fits. Perfect really and at a savings of about $40 per filter. I have no idea what the dealer would charge to install it, but it couldn't be easier to do yourself. Check Eviloution.co.uk for how to details.

High quality item but not quite as advertised.

I bought this product b/c Amazon specified that it would fit a 2004 Toyota Corolla however it does not. I was able to cut/squeeze it in but it's not quite right. Oh well.

The directions in the package specify that it fits camry, avalon, sienna, and others, but does *not* specify Corolla. Go to the manufacturer site at www.framcatalog.com and find the right one before ordering.

I would like to think that nearly all cabin air filters are installed behind the glove compartment in the front passenger side of the vehicle. If this is the case for you, then this installation is the easiest thing you'll ever do on your vehicle. Do not pay anyone else to do something so simple.

The filter fit perfectly and there is an arrow to make sure you install it in the proper air-flow direction. Couldn't have been any easier. Very glad I purchased this filter.

The "fresh breeze" is not noticeable, so don't expect this filter to magically make your cabin smell great...you'll still have to clean it out the old-fashioned way with a little elbow grease if you know what I mean!

Perfect fit in my 2002 Toyota Camry. Excellent quality and as good or better than those that I have paid almost twice the price for at local auto parts stores.
Amazon, I will be back for another when this one is due for replacement.

I bought this product because of Fram's Reputation in the Auto Industry and the fact that it makes sense to have baking soda and charcoal in a filter to eliminate odor in my Camry's Cabin. I was very impressed with it and the fact that it did not restrict air flow was also note worthy. I normally spray a little febreeze or cologne on my Cabin Air filter which I did with this aswell. Overall, I am Very Satisfied with this Product and my father (Mechanic in spare time and Engineer) was also impressed and mentioned he will be getting one. I do recommend cross referencing the Product# with Fram's website to assure you have the right filter for your Vechicle.

Very easy to install, you just have to follow the instructions in the product or see one of the multiple demo videos uploaded in youtube. Works just as good as the cabin air filter that I had purchased from the dealership. There is a slight reduction in the amount of air that blows in through the vent compared to the air filter that I had purchased from the dealership, but you wouldn't notice it unless you observe carefully and it probably means that the air is undergoing better filteration. At 1/4th of the dealership price, this is a great value for money and I am glad I purchased this product from Amazon.

Last time I replaced the cabin air filter (3 years ago) I bought an OEM filter from the dealer (can't remember how much it was). It crossed my mind the other day, so I took it out and it is now black, had bird feathers and leaves in it!

I decided to try this FRAM CF10132 cabin air filter and it's a perfect fit! It has about 10 more pleats/folds than the OEM filter, is more rigid, and overall feel of higher quality. There's no significant improvement or decline in air flow from what I can tell, but I guess there's more air flow now (relative, since I had so much junk in my old filter) - but I can't prove it. However, my mind is at ease now, knowing I'm not breathing in air filtered through old leaves and bird feathers!

I got a lot of quotes from dealerships and small repair shops to replace my filter for a hundred dollars. This cost 15 and it took 5 minutes to replace the other one, which was totally disgusting. I put this off for a whole year thinking it was going to be really expensive, then it turned out to be the simplest thing in the world. This was the first automotive product I bought on Amazon, their checking system to make sure it works on my car worked perfectly. I am impressed.
