Must have for 2006 Nissan Maxima Owners!,

Great quality and fit for my 2006 Nissan Maxima. The air is more refreshing with this new filter.
10 minute installation procedure. HINT: The air flow in the 6th generation Maxima is Top to Bottom. OEM filters include an arrow up for installation reference, and not direction of air flow. Aftermarket filters such as this one use the arrow to show air flow direction, thus please be sure the arrow is pointing down when installing this filter.

After much research and part cross checking, I ordered for G37.
Fits perfect, guess they have not updated their compatibility charts yet. Hopefully, this helps someone. Was by far the cheapest carbon and baking soda cabin air filter at time of purchase. Been working great for a month.

Not as good as the original,

Hi,
I have to agree with some other reviewer about this filter being much heavier and denser /thicker than the one my car came with. The issue is that the air flow is restricted and the cooling capacity is reduced by some extent. I can notice the difference by the time it take to cool it down Not it takes about 5 min longer to get where it used to go with the original one. If cooling is less an issue for you, then this filter may be a good fit for you. Otherwise do yourself a favor and find an OEM one This is what I am going to do next time.

Contrary to the Amazon guide, this filter doesn't fit 2nd generation Nissan Murano. The filter is completely different from the one in the car and it doesn't fit. Otherwise, the filter looks good.

I typically use only original parts for my vehicle, unless it's an item
that I feel is an upgrade over the factory part. In this case.. it's a dust filter. It works. It's cheaper. Everyone is happy. I can't say how easy the installation was, because it varies by vehicle and your skill level. For my car (03 Nissan Altima). It was cake. ******* Only difficulty was determining which way is up or down. I have to admit, after trying to figure it out for all of 2 min.. I went with F... it and just stuck it in turned my fan on and it worked. Has been working fine for the last several months. I don't know about the baking soda but but so far it seems to work at least as well as the Nissan filter I had been using. (I could get like 3 of these with the price of the Nissan filter)

I can't say that I notice any difference with this filter over the stock filter. You kind of have to take it on faith that it is actually doing something extra.

FRAM filter much heavier than OEM, resulting in lower cabin air flow,

I bought this filter for my 2003 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V. The cabin air filter hadn't been changed in a very long time, so it was due. It was very easy to remove the glove box and get at the filter.
This filter was a perfect fit. However, it must have weighed twice what the original filter weighed-- which is only a problem because of how dense the material is. It is essentially cheap cardboard with some fibers glued onto one side of it (there is a proper top and a bottom to a cabin air filter). The end result is a lower flow because of the huge restriction it imposes when compared to your OEM filter, which is a much more flexible material. The restriction may not be enough to spend another $30 for an OEM version, though, since there is still a reasonable amount of flow coming through the vents. All in all, an OK product, but nothing to really get excited about.

My air filter in my 2003 G35 sedan was way overdue for change for some time. The OEM air filter for the 2003 model G35 is not carbon activated and thus, not as good as this. After taking about 15 minutes to install it using the following helpful guide video: [...], I started the car up and immediately noticed a difference. So far, I have no complaints and would recommend this filter to anyone.

I was a bit skeptical about getting another FRAM but what the heck, it was cheap. I replaced my OEM Infiniti cabin filter the other day and was a bit surprised. The OEM filter didn't fit well in compartment. There are two foam pads with adhesive that comes with the FRAM which could help with adjusting the fitment. So far, no smells from the ventilation system. Also, this filter feels A LOT more dense than the OEM paper one, I would say at least double if not triple the weight. I guess that would mean more filtration thickness.
