I've read lots of books about fibromyalgia. Bruce Campbell does something that most authors don't do. He provides practical helps for those of us suffering from this invisible disease. We may not be able to completely heal ourselves, but with the suggestions from this book, we can learn how to be our best!

This review is from: The CFIDS/Fibromyalgia Toolkit: A Practical Self-Help Guide (Paperback)
I was diagnosed with CFIDS/FMS in February and it changed my life in so many ways. This is a very complicated, difficult condition that greatly reduces your daily function. I learned very soon that I would be in pain on a daily basis and I would be exhausted much of the time. My ability to function dropped to 30% and I was forced to give up many things that were enjoyable and important to me.

After spending several months doing hours and hours of research on-line, I was ready to learn how to cope with and manage my pain and fatigue. A big factor for me is that my doctors were all against prescribing narcotic pain meds for me. Instead, they recommended I pursue my spiritual life and find natural ways to manage these often times debilitating symptoms.

I came across Bruce Campbell's program during my research and found myself very interested in his system, which teaches you many easy to follow, healthy coping strategies. So when I saw this book on Amazon I was very excited and purchased it immediately. When I started reading it I couldn't put it down. I would highly recommend anyone with these medical conditions to purchase this book. Even if you're not ready to adhere to his concepts and suggestions, buy it and put it aside for a while. I'm convinced that you'll return to it later, when you're more ready. This book is amongst the few that I've found very valuable to me as I continue to learn how to manage and cope with this illness.

I wish each of you the very best in your own journey into your new life.
