3’ x 4’ x 5’ Aluminum and 12" Polymer 45° Folding Layout Square Combo. Easy to use, faster, more accurate, folds to store. The 12" folding layout asquare is great for counter tops, non marring composition, timber, masonry, pavers and much, much more. The 3' x 4' x 5' heavy duty aluminum 90°folding layout uses: Carpentry, layout, angle layout, squaring, framing timber, masonry, pavers and much more. The 3' x 4' x 5' is accurate to within 1/32". Both folding layouts tools are packed in a tube.

CH Hanson 34512 A-Square Folding Layout Triangle Package guarantees precision layout, and because it's four times larger than a framing square, it guarantees accuracy. The quality-constructed anodized aircraft aluminum tool has an unfolded and locked dimension of a 3' x 4' x 5' right triangle. The unique positive locking mechanism ensures accuracy by locking the tool only when in the correct position. The compact folded size of 2 in. x 3/8 in. x 5 ft. and weight of only 3-1/2 pounds is small enough to fit comfortably in any compact storage area.

This product is excellent for laying out large jobs and really speeds up the works. I would not be without one.

This triangle has been great.Easy to transport(folds)and has saved me many hours in various layout jobs(tile,cabinets,walls and inlaid work also).This is a Time Saver if anyone wants or needs one.I wish I would have had one many years ago,life would have been greater.It will pay for itself on the first job.Thumbs up, 5 Stars..

Easy open/close. Makes perfect right angles. Good quality construction. Came with free plastic folding square of smaller scale which wasn't nearly as valuable a tool as this one. Improved the appearance and accuracy of tile placement immensely, especially when laying zero grout line installations. Drawback is that angle is not 45 degree but flip side is that a true 45 degree angle of this size would hardly fit in smaller job sites such as small bathrooms. Besides, it should not be too difficult to draw right angle and measure out 45 degrees. Other complaint is that the ends of the angle have a forked v-cut which makes for sharp point on the end -- potential javelin if tossed? Overall, highly recommended. The only thing that would make this tool more better is a lower price.
