These are very quiet. I had a GM factory speaker blow so I bought a pair to replace the bad speaker. They have to be better than the stock paper cone speakers right?!

Not a chance, I couldn't hear this speaker unless I faded the volume all the way to the driver's side front door (the one I replaced with this speaker) and even then it was tinny and sounded like an old 1970 radio alarm desk clock. Here is my humble opinion, if sound quality is not really a goal - you just want sound period - the new $16 price might be for you, and the red cone on these looks kinda cool too. However, if you want something to sound at least as good as a stock GM speaker (which, if you're buying speakers for your car, most likely you do) then save the money, spend an extra $20-$30 and get a pair of ok $40 - $50 name brand speakers. I gave $24 to a speaker company I've never heard of, and then replaced them with $50 Kenwood's that sound soooo much better. I understand why these are appealing (heck I bought a pair!) but really, I would suggest something else the first time.

i bought these speakers only because the name "BOSS" was a good brand.
ok so i got the speakers and hooked them up and i turned on the radio only to hear a faint crackling noise...
but it wore off as i listened to my music... i guess because their new??? other than that the speakers are freaking awesome
if i had to buy more speakers i will choose these again...

I bought these speakers about a month ago to put in my Dodge Dakota, and they really do sound great. They cant go too loud though, or they'll distort. I'm very satisfied with this product because it was about $25 (with shipping) to get these and the price alone makes them worth it. The only downside is that a had to make my own bracket to put them in my door, but thats because it's a Dodge and these aren't built specially for them.

These speakers have great treble and adequate bass to be considered factory replacements. For the price, they can't be beat. Would I consider these an upgrade to all working speakers? No, but that's not what they were purchased for. I had two dead and two crackling and needed cheap replacements. These are running off my factory radio, so I can not judge if they would be consider an upgrade for an aftermarket deck or amp, but with the factory radio they sound the same as factory speakers.

These Speakers are surprisingly Excellent. For the price you cant beat them i installed 4 of these in my dodge durango and they sound amazing And have pretty good bass. I feel that they are definitely worth the money.

buy these speakers because I saw the other reviews and saw some bad But I also saw good so we decided that the price was gonna give them a chance but they are a crap .. when increasing the volume of my stereo start to distort.

 

I have been searching for ceiling speakers for my house. I founs many, but then i thought, why pay double the price for speakers that say they are for a house! I installed these in my ceiling last night and they are GREAT!!! They have great bass and get really loud on my 240 watt stereo system. They don't even look bad on my ceiling!! Definately buy these if you are skeptical because of the price. Just make sure you have enough power coming from your stereo.

i been using this speakers their not the highest end ones but they work great they have no problems their cheap and you will not be disabpointed

Great speakers it looked like it would break in a week but their handling very well that why I gave it the name wonder speaker! Great fast service will do business with this company again A+ rating

I installed these in a 1999 silverado that has the original head to replace the original speakers. For what i paid you can not beat it. They are much better than the worn out speakers i had.
