About the Author

Dr. Jeff Owens is a four-time college graduate. He and his wife, Schery, have been married for 18 years. They have four children between the ages of 11 & 16. Dr Owens has been a preacher and counselor to thousands of different people for the last 20 years. He is currently a faculty member at Hyles-Anderson College and Seminary of Crown Point, Indiana. Dr. Owens is also an Assistant at the First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana, "the World's Largest Sunday School" which averages over 20,000 people per Sunday. Jeff Owens has preached over 10,000 sermons and has seen over 30,000 people profess Christ as Saviour as a result. (Dr. Owens frequently speaks across the country as well as abroad in revival meetings, youth and marriage conferences and in a variety of other meetings.) He is a Bible-believing, God-fearing, patriotic American. Brother Owens believes that Christian character is the great need of the hour in our country.

This Godly preacher and author puts the "Jelly on the bottom shelf for all to reach"
Dr Jeff Owens teaches the seasoned Preacher as well as the young teenager about the importance of Character in our lives and how it pertains to the Bible and of course how to have Godly Character in your life.
This is such a great book that to write about it does not do it justice. Please take the time to purchase it, you will not be disappointed.

Marvelous job... just a masterpiece of writing on Christian character. Dr. Owens really did it with this book.

I've been reading this book, and every chapter is hitting me hard, it sure isn't any wishy washy book, it is a book based strongly on Biblical Character. I've also heard some of his preaching sermons... STRONG AND POWERFUL!
