Great charger, works with my 3G iPhone. Apple guy told me I had to buy from Apple or charger would explode my battery. Did a little research and chargers without fuses can blow a battery if its left on the phone too long. I only use my car charger when I forget to plug the phone in over night and need a boost so I'm not too worried about blowing my battery. Apple prices are just plain stupid. This charger works, period. The price is fantastic. Highly recommend.

The iPhone 3G car charger works perfectly on my new 3G iPhone. I have had no problems. At a huge discount from the chargers at the Apple store, it would be foolish not to buy this item

This product was an unbelievable value. For 97 cents plus postage, I was getting a charger for my iPhone. Of course it was too good be true. It stopped working on the third use (within one week), and sent HEAVY static through my iPhone when I did use it and was playing music in the car. In the end, there was no point in sending back a 97 cent charger, as the postage would be even more.

I bought two of these for me and my mother and neither work at all on our iphone 3g's. Waste of money

Although the product I received was different than what website showed, it works. Perhaps, this is what they call "slight of hand". There should be some control on such things by Amazon!

I purchased two of these recently. One broke apart when I pulled it out of the cigarette lighter. The other shows up on my iPhone 3G is charging but my battery continues to drain. Started a trip with a full battery and had it plugged in using this charger. By the end of the trip I only had a quarter of battery left.

Completely fell apart upon the first use. To think someone bothered to waste the plastic, few bits of metal, and energy on producing such a poor quality item, then ship it across an ocean put it on a UPS truck and drive it to my door is curious at best. Not even worth one star rating.

I bought two of these charger because they are in white color and cheap prices, but they did not work either for ipod classic and iphone 3G. Contact seller for return and never get the respond from them! So, i just threw two of these charger in trash bag. I rate 0 star. lol.

No problem to report after several months of use. The cable is a bit stiff, but otherwise works as advertised with iPhone 3G.

This is a great charger. I was a little concerned when I first opened the package - it isn't an authentic Apple charger and felt slightly cheap, but after using it I am impressed. It's a great price and charges the phone in no time flat!
