There are some good selections from some of my favorite songs,i love 'fergilicious' 'Crazy''London bridge'mixed into cheer music. These songs are fun, hip and energetic! Some of the songs may not be suitable for younger girls. The songs range from 30sec to 1-1/12min(you may find something for a shorter routine)and there are full length versions of 7songs totalling 28 different selections. Definately recommend! Very glad I bought this cd!

BE AWARE!!! The mixes are no longer than 1:30 minutes. These were much to short for what we needed.
