I love my CHI this is the second one I've purchases after my mom fell in love with my other one and wanted to keep it! I've lost count of how many straighteners I tried before buying this one, but this is the only one that lets me do my hair without it ending up frizzy! I couldn't manage my hair straightened without it!!

I love the Chi irons but just to forewarn people...I went through two of the camoflauge edition CHI irons in less than 3 months. When the 1st one broke, I sent it back to the company (after having to pay shipping and a 15.00 warranty fee) so I took a 2nd one off of my retail shelf to have one to use on clients while my other one was repaired. Well, the second one broke in just a few weeks so I had to send that one back and pay another 15.00. The part that broke on both irons was the plastic on/off switch. I love Chi irons but I would reccommend buying the original black iron. The irons with decorative casing are built with cheaper plastic and break more easily.

I love my new Chi Flat Iron!! I love the pink camo color along with the heat proof travel bag that makes it so convenient to bring along with me when I travel. So quickly, it heats up within ten seconds of turning it on and is ready to use in a minute. My hair never gets caught and it smoothly smoothly straightens my hair within one or two strokes, which is amazing since I have waist length hair. It doesn't make my hair frizz at all. My new Chi iron compared to my old one is wonderful! I love it and I wouldn't trade it for any other!!
