I love my CHI this is the second one I've purchases after my mom fell in love with my other one and wanted to keep it! I've lost count of how many straighteners I tried before buying this one, but this is the only one that lets me do my hair without it ending up frizzy! I couldn't manage my hair straightened without it!!

I love the Chi irons but just to forewarn people...I went through two of the camoflauge edition CHI irons in less than 3 months. When the 1st one broke, I sent it back to the company (after having to pay shipping and a 15.00 warranty fee) so I took a 2nd one off of my retail shelf to have one to use on clients while my other one was repaired. Well, the second one broke in just a few weeks so I had to send that one back and pay another 15.00. The part that broke on both irons was the plastic on/off switch. I love Chi irons but I would reccommend buying the original black iron. The irons with decorative casing are built with cheaper plastic and break more easily.

I love my new Chi Flat Iron!! I love the pink camo color along with the heat proof travel bag that makes it so convenient to bring along with me when I travel. So quickly, it heats up within ten seconds of turning it on and is ready to use in a minute. My hair never gets caught and it smoothly smoothly straightens my hair within one or two strokes, which is amazing since I have waist length hair. It doesn't make my hair frizz at all. My new Chi iron compared to my old one is wonderful! I love it and I wouldn't trade it for any other!!

I REALLY LOVE THE CHI FLAT IRON. I HAVE WAVES AND CURLS THAT ARE HARD TO WORK WITH. THE CHI FLAT IRON TAKES CARE OF MAKING MY HAIR STRAIGHT THE WAY I WANT IN NO TIME AT ALL. I DON'T HAVE TO KEEP GOING OVER MY HAIR LIKE I DID WITH OTHER FLAT IRONS AND IT DOESN'T CAUSE MY HAIR TO DRY OUT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO MAKE THEIR HAIR STRAIGHT.

No frizz after my hair was done.it was silky and smooth...I love this straightener.CHI has not disappointed me yet..Oh and great service through Folica...

I made my purchase on 06/05/10 and it's now 07/07/10 and I have not received my purchase. This is the longest I've waited on a product. I've previously owned a Chi before and loved the results. I'm hoping to receive my item in good condition but until then I'm still waiting....

i never recived the item after many e mails and diferent ways to try to contact the seller i only got one responce with a laim excuse I DONOT RECOMEND THIS SELLER i had to go trough amazon to get my money back avoid a headache.

No problem...the product was just as expected. It replaced one that was old. My 17 year old was so happy when it came when promised.

I purchased a chi pink camo over the summer around July and about September I started to notice that the plate started to pill off a little. To be specific the ceramic gold plate was falling off I didn't notice it on my floor or any where else so I have no idea where the gold plate is disappearing to. Soon after around October I noticed that my hair is getting cut in the plate a lot and when I looked at the straightener one of the plates is missing a lot chucks on the plate the gold plate is pretty much all silver and after I straighten my hair, my hair looked very frizzy and not very straight at all. For the price I paid for this was not worth it at all!! After maybe an hr or so of straighten my hair it gets wavey and frizzy again.. It was a very big disappointment and I would not recommend this straightener to anyone my other friends have chi straighteners too and they also have problems.

I'm very happy with my pink camo chi flat iron. I had a black one prior that just quit working after many years of use. The iron arrived way sooner than I had anticipated which I was extremely pleased about! I would highly recommend this product and seller!
