This product was reffered to me by my hairstylist after she noticed alot of frizziness and breakage in my hair. This has worked beautifully to protect my hair from the blowdryer and straightening iron! I would give this product 10 stars if it were available! My hair is very smooth and very healthy looking because of this product and other products by Chi. I absolutely recommend this to anyone!

This product is incredible! I did not believe this product would change my dry, frizzy looking curly hair. But after using this (before using my straightening iron) my hair is totally transformed into silky smooth healthy looking tresses! I just love this and recommend it highly to anyone using any type of damaging heat on their hair.

My hair is sooo dry after I blow dry & flat iron it but this product help smooth and gave it some shine. I also use it when I wear my hair curly because it gets rid of the frizzies!!

After years of trying many, many different hair styling products I FINALLY found one that WORKS!! I love this product. I tried it out for a few days before leaving a review and wow, five stars...my hair gets better everyday.

I put a quarter size amount all through my shoulder length hair after getting out of the shower (a very little bit goes a long way!) and then let my hair dry half-way naturally. Then, I finish drying with a blow dryer with my head upside down. When I flip my head back up, every hair falls into place! No frizz, no flyaways, no frustration! Every single hair is straight and my head feels gloriously soft. I curl the ends under with a flat iron (also CHI) and then I'm done. 20 minutes of hair styling when it used to take me hours to tame my frizz hair. Thank you, CHI!!

This was my first time to try a CHI product. I received the CHI straightening guard!! OMG...It is awesome!! It has been extremely humid here in VA and this is the first product that I have ever used that the humidity was NOT a problem. For the first time, I'm not dreading dealing with my hair when we take our vacataion to the beach:)I walk four miles a day and when I'm finished my walk, my hair is just as bouncy and healthy looking as it was before I started my walk. I can't say enough about it. It gives my hair such shine!!! I LOVE THIS product...don't hesitate...Order it...You'll love it:)

I do not often use products in my hair but became desperate with the extreme humidity I'm facing this summer. I purchased CHI Straight Guard and love it! It takes the frizz out of my hair and makes it straight enough that I hardly have to straighten it at all. It keeps my hair soft and smooth and clean-feeling. I feel like it was worth the price because the bottle is decent sized and lasts quite awhile. If you have frizzy hair like I do, I suggest you try this product!

I have naturally curly hair and I need something that will eliminate frizz when i straighten my hair and I thought that this product would help but it doesn't. I get a better "straight" from regular gel. I wouldn't recommend this product for someone who has hard to tame/manage hair.

this is a great product. I have medium hair that grows out wavy. I am in the process of growing out my relaxer. I use three Chi products and will continue to use them after my relaxer has grown all the way out. I use Chi blowdryer and Chi and Solia flat iron. I love my soft, gleaming hair. You cannot tell the difference between my new growth relaxer once I am done. I also use Wen as my cleanser and conditioner.

This product conditions my hair and protects it from heat when styling. It feels light and creamy, and it is absorved quicky by my hair, and won't make it feel sticky or saturated.

This is how I use it: After shampooing and conditioning my hair, and clearing away with water all residue from these, I towel dry my hair very well. I apply a small amount of a leave-in conditioner (my hair is dry, you may not need to do this step like me). After a few minutes, I apply a good amount of Chi Straight Guard (I have long hair). Then, I use a little amount of Chi Silk Infusion or Redken Heat Glide, and then proceed with drying.

My hair results in a lustrous mass that feels soft and very manageable.

I really liked this product except it makes my hair feel greasy until you actually use the flat iron on it. but I really think that it helps make my hair straiter.
