I was excited when I got the vest but after I loaded it up with the little sand bags, or whatever they use, I felt like I was wearing a tactical vest. It felt like I was going to war, not trying to improve my quickness. If you were just walking in the vest it would be fine but the bulkiness of it made it difficult for up hill running and speed training, which is what I wanted it for. The guy in the picture must be huge because I'm 5'10 and it was bulky on me. I think they had a good idea here but it's just to bulky to be worn for for anything other than just walking around. I couldn't strap it down tight enough so it bounced a little too and that made it uncomfortable. Gold's Gym needs to make this sleeker and more form fitting and it would be great. Don't get if you're a smaller person you will look like Rambo in it.
