I thought my quest for the perfect bag was over. Nice price. Great look. Great size -- big enough to hold all my carryon items, but small enough to fit under the seat or in small overhead bins. Rolls nicely, with a long enough handle. Lots of pockets for organizing and finding things quickly. Everything I wanted and needed with one exception. There is no easy way to connect it to my other luggage. The back side has a small zippered pocket, but that pocket does not unzip at the bottom to allow it to slip over the handle of my suitcase. I solved the problem with a strap, but wish I didn't have to.

I purchased this item for myself a couple years ago. Absolutely love the room and the different compartments it has. Being on wheels also is fantastic. I love it so much that I purchased one for my mother-in-law for Christmas. Very sturdy. Won't leave on vacation etc. without it. It also fits under the seat if you dare to fly. LOL

I purchased 2 of these rolling bags in brown to match my set of brown luggage. Seems to be fairly well made and a great value for such a low price. I've seen many similar bags in department stores for twice the price. Lots of little pockets inside and out, plus the large front zipper opening allows you to find anything quickly.

I love this bag! I purchased it because I was flying to a conference and didn't want to pay the extra charge for checked luggage. I had plenty of room to fit clothes, shoes, etc. for three nights and four days. It came with toiletry kit, it has a built in plastic section for your toiletries also. It even came with slippers for security so you don't have to walk around in bare feet. Plus it fits UNDER THE SEAT as well as in the overhead compartment! Airlines are going to start to charge for use of overhead compartments--under the seat is our last place to put things without charge.

Note for overhead--it is a tight squeeze--a little shove and you can get it in. You can do it!

Another note--the handle is a little "wiggly." It didn't seem to affect anything yet. I'll modify my review if it breaks. But so far, this is the best of the many bags I have bought for air travel.

I recently converted to bus riding and have been using this bag as my shopping bag. The bag is wonderfully designed. The handle is very comfortable to hold and it is easy to maneuver the bag. Also took it on a recent trip. The bag fit under the airplane seat in front of me. It was a pretty snug fit. My only concern is that it seems that the wheels are not going to last. They seem "soft" and already have dents in them. To be fair, the bag is subject to heavy use (which it was probably not designed for). It is rolled on pavement several times per week. Overall, I'm pleased with this bag. It seems like a good value. Hopefully, the wheels can be replaced with something more durable.

Saw this on HSN, sold out. Found it here for less money. Just right for under the seat air travel. Holds an amazing amount for the size. Good quality.

I am in love with this wheeled bag! I can pack more in this bag than my small piece of luggage and it fits very well under the seat of an airplane! I used this bag with my laptop bag on a recent trip. I just put this bag on top of my laptop case and pulled both handles up and wheeled them along.

Because of some physical problems, I needed a wheeled tote. Since these issues should resolve within the next year, I didn't want to spend a lot on that item. The CIAO! Wheeled Under the Seat Bag had good reviews and seemed as if it would fit my needs. I was willing to take a chance and purchase it without actually seeing one; something I have never done with respect to luggage. At $39, it seemed to be a bargain. Upon receiving it, I saw that the old adage "you get what you pay for..." applied.

If I was going to "take a chance," I should have spent the extra money for another tote I saw in the on-board shopping catalog placed in every airlines' seatback pocket. While the CIAO! tote will fit under the seat, it must be laid on its back in order to actually fit. This makes getting anything out of the bag almost impossible once the plane has taken off. Further, I think it is probably too large to fit under the seat of a regional jet; I'll update after my next flight. If it fits in the overhead of an RJ, I will also be surprised.

The fabric, which is a woven cloth, will probably hold up for a few flights. It is a fairly loosely woven material in comparison to that used by other manufacturers, even when compared to other less expensive bags. Because the bag must be slid under the seat, the back will likely experience greater than ordinary wear.

The handle has a significant amount of play and is somewhat flimsy. I doubt it will last very long, especially if this bag is loaded to capacity. Should one load this bag to capacity frequently, I think the handle may break off rather easily.

Additionally, the black bag I received had several Chinese characters written on the side. It appears chalk was used to do this, so I should be able to remove it. However, eBags should probably inspect these prior to shipping them out.

If I thought this bag would be needed for more than a half dozen flights, I would have returned it. It will fill the need I currently have, but it is not a bag that would prove useful over the long term. I do not recommend it for anyone who needs a wheeled bag and will be using it frequently. Spend the extra money for a quality bag!

This is an outstanding bag for carry-on. It actually does fit under the seat in front of you, even on Southwest! Many pockets of different sizes. Great for laptop, iPad, and documents in file folders. It could also be used as a traveling sample case as well. It is so versatile that one can use it as a "personal item" AND have a larger carry-on suitcase. The front pocket is perfect for that quart size bag for toiletries so one can retrieve it quickly for separate scanning by the TSA (thousands standing around).

This bag is quite handy. I have a cpap machine that needed to go with me on a flight, it fit just fine. The only issue was the handle has a lot of play in it. Other than that it's great. The price was wonderful too. Looked at others and they were three times this much and not made any better.
