I love this book; it uses a very simple language to describe very complex programming instructions. I am using it all the time at work and would highly recomend his book for the programmers (beginners and experienced) who work with CICS

This book was delivered to my old address instead of my new address. I inquired at my old address and they told me the package was returned to post office. And the post office was returned that package to sender. After that I mailed to the sender thru amazon site but so far I didn't receive any reply to that mails.
So that book is now with sender place and I didn't receive that book. Service is not good and they didn't reply to my emails also.
