This is the exact same formulation used in the studies which proved that "cinnamon" helps you get your blood sugar under control. Bear in mind that the cinnamon found in your spice cabinet and in most cinnamon supplements is a different species. If you pay less than this, you are probably not getting the correct kind. There are some very expensive supplements which use this formulation.
