Item packaging in no way resembles picture on Amazon.com. Expected 1950's flashback product, instead got 21st century Chinese knockoff. As this was what my girlfriend had "most wanted" for Christmas, all in all it was completely disappointing.

Do not buy this product! I washed the metal decorating tips in dish detergent and a bit of bleach. I let them air-dry on a rack in my kitchen. The tips rusted!!!

I just got this item today. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, it looks like it will work fine. I want everyone to know that was you see in the picture is not the same decorator that you get. The one in the picture looks metal. The one that I got is blue with white plastic accents. The plastic grips are slightly uncomfy when I held it like I was ready to decorate something. The tips look nice and they are metal. Go to Iteco's website to see what it actually looks like before buying.

There so many borders that you can do with this dispenser. I use it because I had a stroke when I was 48 years old. My stroke happened in 2007. The other hand is very week. I had to learn to walk again, and my talking is a little shaky, but at least people understand me!!!!!!!!! I have been doing wedding cakes, for 27 years. Now, since I learned to use the cake dispenser, my husband fills it up with buttercreme frosting, and I can do wedding cakes again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a must have decorating set in my book. I have tried several cheap ones, only to be disappointed in them. This one is easy to use, easy to clean up and has a lot of different tips that are useful. My daughter bought this one several years ago and I resisted because I didn't want to spend the money. However, I spent that and more trying out cheap sets. I do lots of cookie and cake decorating for my family so I am glad I finally purchased this one and you will too!

This is the 3rd time I have ordered this item. There has always been a crack on the inside plunger. I will be keeping this item since there is not a hole in it this time and I can't find a similar product. However, I am disappointed in the packaging of this item as it is not good for keeping all of the pieces together. And it does not look like the picture shown on the store site.

Not quit what was in the picture but still pleased with the purchase.
