I have used this product for the past few year to construct gingerbread houses. I love the fact that all I have to do is add water and let it mix. Also easy to adjust for picture icing. Extremely easy to use, just remember you need a good mixer for any type of royal icing.

This mix is okay, but it doesn't get the right consistency very easy ..... If you are looking for something easy, this is not it.
