Stopped reading my CD-R discs!!,

I had been happy with this unit until about a month ago. For no apprent reason it no longer recognizes my CD-R discs. ??? normal CD's work, even burned music CD's still work. But if I insert a data disk with mp3's on it all it will do is start to play "track 1" with no sound and plays to infinity. No disc search, won't forward to other tracks, nothing. Just silence. Clarion web site is useless. Only thing they give you is an owners manual and a 800 number that tells you nothing and no live person to talk to. Best you'll get is a number for the nearest service center. Not happy with my Clarion right now!!! - Jarrod, KY
