I was out shopping with a friend, and we happened to be standing at the clinique counter. I don't buy or wear clinique make up, but in the lighting of the store that shows everything, she made a comment that I had a lot of black heads. I told her they actually weren't black heads, but very large pores. I also have very oily skin. It was so strange that as we were having this conversation, I looked up and saw this product!! I guess our talk made me think about it. Anyways right there I put it on in front of the mirror and the results were instant. My friend and I couldn't believe it. It is excellent at controlling shine, and it fills those large looking pores. I was amazed. I hope you will like it as much as I do!!

See now I guess it really depends on the person, and what their expectations are. This product, for me, is an absolute MUST. Can't live without it. No, it does not make my large-ish, T-zone pores completely disappear, but it absolutely minimizes them. I wash, moisturize then apply this to my T-zone. When I apply it, I dab the area next to my nose (where the pores are largest) and gently blend it upward. I then pat a little cream based pressed powder (also Clinique) for extra coverage. I have been using the pore minimizer for almost two years and swear by it. It takes away T-zone shine beautifully and, beyond a shadow of a doubt, minimizes the appearance of my pores.

I am a skin type ii to iii in the Clinique system. I put this on after I've cleansed and toned, but before I moisturise. It stops my T-zone shining up for hours on end (practically all day). It has also helped with my blackhead problem, preventing more forming, and sort of easing out the ones that are already there. This has been my best beauty find to date.

This is the only thing I've ever used for oily skin (especially in the t-zone) that has actually worked! It's not heavy and dramatically reduces the appearance of pores. I gave it four stars because as amazing as it is, sometimes I have to re-apply during the day.

I have oily skin. Not crazy oily, but definitely oily. I put this on before my foundation. I can go at least 6 hours without any shine in 90 degree weather. And even after all that time, only the smallest amount of shine will start to show. This has made me like to wear makeup again.

It helps minimize the appearance of my pores. I wish they were completely invisible, but that would be asking a lot. I am happy with what it does do and recommend it. No woman with oily skin should be without this.

The item arrived on time and in great shape! Was so disappointed Clinique discontinued this item, I think they should have kept it....it works great, especially during the summer when it's humid and my skin gets oily. Would order again!!

The first week or two, it seems to work great. It didn't minimize the appearance of pores or actually reduce them, but it did seem to diminish the oil in the T-zone for a good portion of the day.

I've been using this product religiously for probably two months now and have been really disappointed. After two weeks, my face seemed to produce more oil which this product couldn't even begin to control. My pores have not minimized even slightly, and it hasn't once actually decreased the appearance of them.

It sounds like a good product in theory, but I'm very disappointed. I hope that others have had better experience. thanks for reading.
