This book was purchased after I saw a friend's copy; we were preparing for a CMMI (V1.1) SCAMPI Appraisal at my company and I found the "Practice Implementation Descriptions" (Appendix B) to be very helpful. Since that time I've loaned it to co-workers to use during their appraisal preparations and have used it myself for other, CMMI (v1.2) appraisals.Inquiring minds want to know: When/if a new version will be written for CMMI-DEV v1.2 (or v1.3) and/or for CMMI-SVC v1.2? We are anxiously awaiting the next one - whatever version it happens to be!! |
