This book is the first book dealing with cmos memories comprehensively as we can see from its preface. That's it.But,in my opinion,it is also the only book i v read that has the highest error ratings.

This book covers many important concepts in memory circuit design. However it is poorly written and edited which makes it difficult to read. Hence this book is only for the patient reader!

This book is really unfriendly to the reader.
It seems to me that the author is just displaying a lot of knowledge in his brain to the reader. No effort to understand the reader.

At first it may seem to be a good book, but after trying to read it and finding errors I wouldn't recommend it. There are better written books on CMOS SRAM out there.
