This product helped me curb my appetite while I started my diet and excercise routine. Normally I have to combat the ever growing hunger as I worked the weight off. This product helped me stay in control. It did not make me feel shakey or jittery. I did not get the same results as I did when I tried the ephedra products but this does help and for half the price of the leading products it's well worth the money. I started at 142 and am currently down to 132 in just about a month. While building muscle mass with my weight training.
