Hi,

I am generally very happy with the stuff I've purchased on Amazon from a variety of different manufacturers. But this one not only does not work- it literally stopped working a day after it arrived!!!!

Please go for something of better quality/different brand, even if it costs a few dollars more.

It stopp working after like a week, even on new batteries. Plus there is no anti-skip though they say there is. I bought a different one at toysrus on sale for alitle bit more money and it works like a charm. It's betta than this piece of crap! Well...you get what you pay for.

I've used this player for several years. I've tried others and did not have the sound quality. It's been a little tooper, I take it walking, use it while exercising, play it on the commuter bus and used it as a converter in my truck to play CD's with the car kit. I even plug it in to the wall with the apapter and attached mini speakers in any room of my house. I have dropped it twice and the lid auto opening mechanism is broken but it still keeps on working for me. The foam earphone covers are in tatters, so its time to look for a new set. I got a Phillips one for Christmas. No comparison. I want my Coby back!! If the negative commenters found other brands that are better then name names!
