Last year on vacation in the Philippines I ate fresh coconuts ever morning. I discovered that it gave me incredible energy. I would have some coconut in the morning then walk a mile down the beach to a McDonald's to get coffee. The second day I decided to swim the mile for coffee and did it no problem. Then the day after I actually over swam the mile. I came to attribute this energy to the coconut. Later when I was back in Manila, I discovered this book "COCONUT Philippines" and had to have it.

The coconut has to be the second most useful plants on earth after Cannabis /Hemp.
Details on so many uses for the coconut from materials to foods to medicine.
You'll learn that the coconut is:
Anti-Bacterial, Anti-viral, anti-fungal
Heart healthy,
Immune boosting,
Great Cosmetics
Skincare,
Soaps,
Building materials
Incredible fiber for growing, water absorption, cleaning and wearable fabrics too.
enhanced nutrient for plants
Best oil for bio-diesel
Best oil for cooking and foods
Medicinal uses - possible for curing cancer
Weight loss with coconut oils...
The book also features the beautiful ladies of the Philippines in coconut accessories and cloths. I loved the book and it's a great coffee table book too.
