Book Description

March 31, 2009
A race of benign space travellers has been founding colonies for millennia. They've discovered the connection between light and gravity which has allowed the invention of faster than light travel for their gigantic spaceships. Ancient records reveal the whereabouts of a long forgotten colony. A ship on a mission to deliver advanced communications equipment to the distant spiral arms of the galaxy is diverted to visit the planet. It is discovered to be a place of disaster.

More About the Author

I am 76 yars old, a member of MENSA, with a wife, two daughters and three gradndsons and have published only ONE book : COLONY. Two books of science fact, written for my grandsons, have not been published but copies are available via email, and free to anyone who would like to read them.
Contact me at pandcwagstaff@btinternet.com .

The writng of COLONY started when I read a book called 'The spaceships of Ezekiel' by J.F. Blumrch.

This gentleman had been involved in the design and analysis of aircraft and rockets, working with NASA. so I felt confident in what he had to say about Ezekiel's descriptions of the craft in the bible.

The Book inspired me to construct a novel based on the bible story, but in no way adding to the bible interpretations - I am a devout atheist.
My book is quite short, being only 227 pages long, so you should be able to read it in only one or perhaps two, sittings. I believe you will enjoy it.

Good readng to you, dear reader.
Colin Wagstaff.
