A very enlightening, easy-to-read nutrition bible. Unlike most nutrition books which deal with one major issue, Complete Nutrition deals with most nutrition topics which makes it very useful to keep at home as a reference book. I enjoyed its style and I found that it makes a great gift for friends and family.

This book was recommended to me by a coworker. I found a load of valuable info in this book. But sadly, I loaned the book to another coworker who never returned it who no longer works with me. Take it from me, unless you flat out want to gift an item to someone, never loan out books, movies, cds because you almost always never get the items back. One day maybe I'll learn that.

I first purchased this book a couple of editions ago. I've since bought copies for friends and relatives....It's accessable to everyone, requiring no previous training!
Nutrition as a whole can be overwhelming at first, so it's all about small steps and heading in the right direction. I think this book serves as the compass.
Well worth the money, and recommended !!!!!!!!!!!!
