Ad is incorrect,
This review is from: COMPUCABLE ADC to VGA Adapter Cable (Personal Computers)
They advertise this as a Male to Male adapter. The VGA end is Female as it should be since the standard monitor cable is male. I tried to find this out from Amazon but they make it very hard to ask a question or change an order once placed. The cable works Amazon is flawed. Were's the customer service?

This is why Amazon in great. This product is hard to find elsewhwere, and usually $10-20 more! It works perfectly. If you have an Apple graphics card with an ADC connector, this cable allows you to use a standard VGA monitor - mine is a second monitor in a two-monitor setup. The first is a DVI monitor. The cable is just the ticket!

A great adapter. The pivot head means that it's not dragging down the connection, as some other adapters do.
