This review is from: CONVERSION AND SCRATCH BUILDING: An In-Depth Course of the Different Techniques to Convert and to Model Figures (Paperback)
This 40-page manual contains step-by-step processes for modifying or sculpting small figures. It has a chapter on basic tools and materials, and techniques for using modelling epoxy. Other chapters deal with modifying, scratch bulding figures and a bust of Napoleon. It covers basic surface anatomy and proportion, as well as techniques for cloth and armor. Well-illustrated throughout, it is a competent guide for aspiring modellers and sculptors alike, and an insight into Andrea's own methods for producing their line of figures.
