My interest in the book was my husband's family history, and found quite a few bits on his family and those they married. However, there were very interesting bits about unrelated people that drew me in. Readable.

Lemaster has done a meticulous job of researching the pioneer Jews of Arkansas. I bought the book rather than read it (in parts) online because my great-grandparents are on page 207, something to pass down the generations of my family. Thank you, Ms. Lemaster.
