I bought this software to set up the books for a catering company. What a waste of time and money! The few instructions for how to use the software are vague and therefore not instructive. There is a "Video Advisor" section that supposedly walks you through set up and use, but the advisor and the software do not match up. For example, he talks about how to get started in the File Set Up screen, which does not even exist. I called the customer service number and the guy on the phone was very short, not helpful, and said he would e-mail me better instructions, which he never did. I should have just spent the money on Quickbooks in the first place instead of pour it down this COSMI drain.

I finally got this thing set up for use with a part time retail business. Imagine my surprise when invoices added up at the end of the day with incorrect totals....
