I've owned at least 3 of these covers. The first two I bought from Home Depot, and this is the third. All 3 seem to be exactly the same and they didn't last past two seasons. The elastic that comes with it, loses it's elasticity after one season and then it gets blown off with the wind, even after using extra rope

I've lost at least a couple this way. This time I'm going to get the one from Brookstone, which is supposed to be much sturdier

I bought this cover about 6 months ago and the material is very weak. It has torn to pieces in nice California weather. But for the price you can't expect much more.

This was a good buy. It fits very nice. Looks pretty good. And seems to be holding up well. We used it last winter and it held up fine. The price was great also. Shipping from Ace though, wow... very slow.

I have used this cover for two seasons now. It only now has a small rip in it, where other covers would within the first few weeks. We get a lot of wind and snow in our area, so it has held up quite well. Plenty of extra room for larger ac units. has room for wires that come off the unit without giving up coverage of the entire unit.

I've been looking for a cheap A/C cover and this meets my needs. It will only last two seasons but it will keep your unit clean over the winter

The cover is great at first but you get this flimsy starp to wrap around the cover while it is on the unit. The strap is not enough to keep the cover on in windy whether. So, I keep a rock placed on top of the cover to prevent it from flying away. Over tme the fabrick will desolve and holes will beging to form - on top only it seems. The fabrick become brittle. Hey for $9 what do you expect.
