So far.....so good! We are a chiropractic office and although I haven't had to use it very much yet.....it's good to know it's THERE! Honestly, if you have employees that are not as "medical-knowledgeable" as you'd like....it is an AWESOME tool for them to read and learn from! Use it! The glossary in the back is worth it!
