This book was a required text for a CPT course I am currently taking. I was impressed with the format of the book the use of color coding, the ease of reading and the overall ease of using this book. I love it!! This book has leaned my more towards the professional side of coding and away from the ICD-9 side!!!

Easy to read book-color coding is very helpful-more useful than other coding books.

Resource is great. Good directions and pics. Next time I will save money and buy the softbound instead. Great resource for student or experienced coder.

It was really nice to find what we were looking for, at a price we could afford. It was as good as new.

My textbook came only a few days after I ordered it! I was very pleased with the seller as well because he kepted me updated with the status of my book.

I thoiught the CD would be easy and searchable. I dicovered that it is not compatable with Windows EX. Wasted time!

The book was in good condition except that it was caught in the post office machines and the cover ripped a little. That is not the seller's fault, but technology's. Other than that I am very pleased with the book and the service.

I order this item almost 3 weeks ago. They sent me the wrong book and when I wanted the right book the person on the phone said they would send the right book and have the wrong book picked up. I called again today and apparently that representative never had the book sent or the wrong book picked up. 1 customer service rep hung up on me and the other one was down right rude and "claimed" she was a supervisor. Had I known I was going to go through this much hassle, I would have bought the book brand new even though it cost me $5.00 more. This headache was not worth the $5.00 savings. After seeing other reviews ordered through this person I now know why I should have never ordered through this person. Save yourself the trouble and buy it new.
