I ordered this globe as a Christmas gift. The first one arrived with a few small bubbles under the surface. I called customer service and they sent me another right away! They were very helpful and easy to work with. The second globe was in good condition. My family member was happy with the gift. It has a nice wooden stand. It is easy to spin and everything is clearly identified.

We enjoy having this globe in the home to refer to locations on the news, etc. The colors help the countries stand out easily for the kids. I like the topography shown on the map but my only wish is that it was in relief. I think that might allow an additional perspective to help the kids understand a little better.

Really it's a great globe and we use it frequently.
