I already gave this a good review before; but apparently Amazon lost it so here goes.

I was taking flexaryl for back spasms; and had trouble weaning myself off of it as it was making me dizzy and felt just generally cruddy. I was using dangerous nsaid and cox-2 inhibitors because of back pain and needed a substitute when I ran onto this product as a Wonderlabs freebie.

I didn't take it seriously until I ran out of it and three days later was suffering from night time cramping! I couldn't wait to order more and haven't suffered from back pain or cramping since! I do not work for any company; I just think the public should know that sometimes the holistic based health industry comes out with something that even medical doctors ought to know about.

I have MS. ONE of these pills a day does a wonderful job in relief of my shoulder aches. BUT, two a day makes me "loopy". Bottom line, I will buy again.

I have been suffering from RLS for years. I have a sister with the same issue and the prescription she was given caused other problems so I have been looking for non prescription remedies and have tried all sorts of things. I received this as a sample when I purchased something else from this company. The info page sent with it indicated that it was for the relief of muscel spasms, tension and stess. It didn't mention any type of relief for RLS but I figured, whet the heck, why not try it. I must say I had the best night of sleep I have had in years. I woke up once to go to the bathroom but quickly fell back to sleep. I am now out of the the 6 sample pills they sent and after spending another restless night I am desperate for more. Especially now that I really remember what a good nights sleep feels like. I REALLY do wish I had known about this product sooner!!!!!

This product was purchased to help my husband. He had been having spasms that he thought might be related to his sciatic nerve. I also used the product during high anxiety. I believe the product has a calming effect. The product seems to wear off in about 4-6 hours.

My mother started using this product over 12 years ago. At that time, I owned a deli and espresso bar and I was on my feet all day. Everything hurt. I also was beginning to show signs of RLS and have "Charlie Horses" in my calves. I started taking a few Valerin every night and was surprised with the relief I experienced. I take four every night about a half hour before bed - I cannot live with out them. Sometimes I take three or four more during the night if I have been on my feet all day doing house work or yard work. My legs no longer feel like they are trying to walk to town.

I just like it for small aches and pians or if I need a little help to relax or get to sleep faster.

What is with the "Leg cramps, muscle cramps" where the name should be? This stuff is clearly called "Valerin."

Now that I have that off my chest... It works. It helps a lot, anyway. I still have extra tense muscles sometimes, but since I began taking Valerin, I have not been incapacitated by the resulting neck, back, and shoulder pain. Also, I notice almost no side effects. My stomach is not crazy about valerian root--and there is enough of that in here to make the tablets smell of it--so I sometimes notice some (very mild) stomach upset. And I do feel slightly woozy a few minutes after taking it. But nothing that would, say, interfere with driving or caring for my child.

I would recommend this product. I wish I didn't have to take close to the maximum dose daily, because that will work out to the large size (two bottles, 340 tablets total) being just over a one month supply. But I will be buying this again.

This stuff absolutely works !!!! I hurt my shoulder from shoveling after a big snowstorm. I was taking Ibuprofen but didn't feel a whole lot better so was looking on Amazon for muscle relaxors. I found this product and read the reviews so ordered it. I took it couple of days and felt the immediate relief from pain.

Product was as described, I'm happy so far with the results of the advertised problem solvers. I also like the idea of your money back after trying a trial size bottle of the product and returning the larger size unopened.
