4.0 out of 5 stars Wave that flag wide and high, June 7, 2007
This review is from: WAVE CREATOR--Record and Edit Audio--Easy to Use--Edit MP3s--Convert Records and Tapes to CD and MP3--Windows XP, Vista, 7 (CD-ROM)
As the author of the Jefferson Airplane book "Take Me To A Circus Tent" I am often asked to review and speak about various albums from the 60's and 70's. However today I want to review the "Blaze Audio Wave Creator" because it is a product I use often.

The software is not for those looking for advanced audio editing and tricks! I have more complex programs as well but if you are first getting into the cool world of audio software this will be a great introduction.

You will find if you want to capture audio from your computer or if you hooked up a tape deck to the computer and want to begin the procedure of transfering it to a CD, this is easy to use and will not frustrate the beginner. You can edit already existing music, mix songs, fade out recordings, and change the levels.

The reason many beginners like this program is in order to edit on 99 percent of the audio software out there you have to set what is called a "Marker" at the starting point and ending point. This can get the newbe a bit flustered. Don't worry if I got the hang anybody could. Anyway with Blaze Audio you will put the exact start and end times.

Don't fear if you make a mistake, you can undo it in seconds.

If you are searching for a company that has the beginner in mind and has been around you don't need to seek any further. They also keep the price of their software within reason!

Thank you and be well,

Craig Fenton
