4.0 out of 5 stars Cross-Vampyre Hunter, April 11, 2005
This review is from: CROSS: Vampyre Hunter (Paperback)
This was a really good book, different, but really good. I didn't expect it to be as good as it was. The character plot was outstanding, and the plot as a whole was really good. I like the feeders and the way the vampyres turned into man/bat form. Nicole was a really good character, as was Synlyn. The fight scenes were very believable. I liked the use of the city of cincinnati. Do they really have an old subway system?
Need a litle more background info on the Council of 12. All and all a great read.

5.0 out of 5 stars Cross-Vampyre Hunter, August 2, 2004
By
James E. York (Cincinnati, Ohio) - See all my reviews
This review is from: CROSS: Vampyre Hunter (Paperback)
Hello,
I am the author of this book and what I tryed to do was bring the vampire myth into todays world, and instead of using another vampire (like Blade) or a Priest or Doctor, or Buffy, I used a normal man, a christian and had him make a covenant with God.
That is how he can stand against the vampire's.
I am told that I did a very good job and hope anyone reading my work enjoys it as much as I did in wrighting it.
Thank You Jim York
