CSSN A6 Scanner
We use the scanner in our office to scan insurance cards. We had an issue with our previous non-duplex scanner in that it was not TWAIN compliant. In reviewing our options, we thought it was worth the additional money to purchase the duplex option. While it is a bit more costly, we do a lot of scanning on a daily basis, so it should more than pay for itself. So far,...

CSSN Scanshell 800 DXN
Useless. Says it comes with all this software... comes with a cardboard circle telling you to download software online. No instructions at ALL. Support website listed no longer exists. Tried to download software, requires a license key, which of course was not included... neither customer service nor tech support was able to provide me with one, so couldn't use almost...

Neither attempted to be very helpful. Returned it unused out of sheer frustration the same day I got it. Who needs a $400 paperweight? AVOID CSSN

We use the scanner in our office to scan insurance cards. We had an issue with our previous non-duplex scanner in that it was not TWAIN compliant. In reviewing our options, we thought it was worth the additional money to purchase the duplex option. While it is a bit more costly, we do a lot of scanning on a daily basis, so it should more than pay for itself. So far, the scanner has been working as advertised.
