The CST/Berger 57-LM30DUI Manual Leveling Interior & Exterior Dual Beam Laser Level is the perfect choice for any client from Do-it-Yourself to Professional Contractor. The 57-LM30DUI Laser level features 1/4" accuracy at 100ft with a visible beam range of up to 200ft in diameter. Outdoors the laser can be used up to 800ft in diameter with the included laser level detector. The 57-LM30DUI features one button operation which will control all laser functions including: power On/Off, Variable Speed Rotation (150 & 600RPM), Spot Mode, Short and Long Laser Chalk-lines. Protected level vials prevent damage and shield vials from the sun to prevent mis-reads. The 57-LM30DUI features a built-in vertical trivet for vertical applications and alignments. 5/8x11 Tripod mounts on the bottom and side allow for both horizontal or vertical use on an optional tripod (60-ALQCI20-B). Four C-Cell batteries will power the 57-LM30DUI laser level for up to 60+ hours, and the battery level indicator will alert you when power is running low. The 57-LM30DUI is perfect for land and area leveling, driveway and deck installation, pool and spa installation, drop ceilings, cabinetry, decorative molding and many other applications. I am a landscape contractor and have been using a survey scope for some time. I purchased the CST/Berger Laser Level and can now do the same surveying with only one person instead of two. The other features of the laser are great too, as the laser beam can be used as stationary, short and long lines and even a plumb line. You also cannot beat the price as this model is much cheaper in comparison to other units since the product must be leveled manually and is not self leveling. Self leveling models start out at more than twice the cost of this product.
I am very satisfied and this unit has gotten me through a few jobs with greater ease.
