So far it has worked great. We use it to as-built the interior of condominium units. We have checked it against traditional methods and found it to be very accurate. A real time saver. A 2 man job is now a 1 man job.

I bought this from Amazon a few years ago and since I'm a Basement Designer this became a must have tool since I'm a one man show. I had used a sonic type in the past and can say that those may be cheap but they make many errors as well. This is extremely accurate to the 1/16" of an inch based on how steady you hold the device. I truly enjoy designing what I measure now with this. You can see photos of how well these plans come out using this at basement designer with a dot and the com at the end of the address. It just does not make mistakes and I've only changed the battery's in it once already. This is a real tool and I recommend the model that has the back light built in to see the display better.

I am a realtor and I have to say that I love my laser measure. I am always trying to find products that will help me to be accurate and help with my time management. This Tru-Laser fits the bill!

I use this for residential appraisal work. GREAT. Much cheaper than the ones sold specifically for appraisers. You will need some laser sunglasses for outdoor work- they can be found on the net for around $12.00

Extremely accurate, quick to learn and easy to use. Has been a great purchase for a really good price.

I bought this a few years ago and it has yet to let me down. Great outdoors and indoors. It even has a sight so you can find the laser outside in broad daylight. Great device. Sure there are more expensive ones, but this one does the job just fine.
