If you compare this tire to its competitors, it is 2/3 the price. I ordered the wire bead model to test them out. Now I wish I had bought the folding instead, because they work great. Make no mistake--these are quite heavy (the folding model would be considerably lighter,) and have a lot of rolling resistance, so they aren't particularly fast. But they also have great traction, front or rear, and seem to be very, very durable.

a great grippy tire, used on the road and on the trail. good traction in the wet and dry, seems to wear well

Nice cheap tire. Inspired confidence even on day melt snow and ice. braking was solid. was difficult to lose the rear end. roll solid. i like the tread block design, but installed in reverse direction. this might add to road vibration, but its expected. I would recommend these.

These tires are awesome for the price! Super durable and excellent in hardpack, sandy, and rocky terrain. They are a bit heavier, but unless you are a racer, who cares. To the idiot that complained about his rims looking bent he must not have seated the bead correctly. These tires are made in the EXACT SAME FACTORY as MAXXIS tires, so the quality is very high. Why pay more?

They work great, were easy to put on, and the price is great. Definitely a great option as an aggressive tire.

These are equal to the Kenda Nevegal tires they replace in terms of grip and traction. Hold up well in the rocks and sand of southern NM. I run these tubeless with Stan's sealant with no issues whatsoever.
Easy to mount also.
Highly recommended because you can get two of these for the price of one Kends, Maxxis or Continental!

For the money, you can't beat these. They wear slow and have plenty of traction. Plus they are very good at resisting punctures
