Seemed like it might be good but it just doesn't work. It blocks the infra red signal.

This product is a waste of money. It does not work. When you put the remote in the cue it no longer sees the bar so you lose control. Total waste of money and time.

4.0 out of 5 stars Works or not depending on how you use it., April 19, 2008
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: CTA Pool Stick for Wii (Electronics)
I really take some risk to buy it with such a poor rate. When I got it, I found out why some people called it a failure.
If you put your sensor bar above your TV like me, it definitely won't work if you assemble it as designed. Because the infra red signal comes out from a hole at the bottom of the stick. The stick itself will block the signal when sensor bar is higher. If sensor bar is below your TV, it works fine. Just for people playing with two hands, your left hand may block the signal sometimes.
For those who put the sensor bar above your TV, I suggest to use it as what I do now. It definitely works and gives you a real feel. Don't screw the stick onto the controller holder to its very end. Make half a circle left such that the hole will face upword. Now enjoy game and your pool stick.
Hope it help.
