These guns are a classic example of something being engineered and working on paper, but never being actually tested in real life. On the front of the gun there is a little lip that prevents the controller from being placed in the gun. You have to take a pair of pliers to remove the lip (voiding the warranty) to allow the controller to slip into the slop. Once removed, you have to pray the expansion link in the back of the gun lines up properly or else you fight to insert it. Lastly, the trigger needs to be oiled before the response is appropriate for quick play. Once these things are accounted for the gun works pretty well.

Although you do not need these to play games that involve shooting techniques, they definitely make them more fun. Remote fits right in with keeping the strap on-just hook the strap in the groove on the end. Easy access to add the nunchuk as needed. Very happy!

The guns didn't fit my controllers right, they were cheaply made and not worth the price I paid at all. They scratched my Wii controllers when putting them into the gun, and controllers were difficult to remove from the gun as well.
