Let me say that this thing is HUGE. So big in fact, that thought it wouldn't fit in my pocket. I was wrong, though. It fits perfectly and you can throw EVERYTHING you could imagine in it. That and the leather is THICK. Quality stuff worth the scratch.

The wallet is excellent. It is a little larger than I thought it would be, and I would have preferred brown rather than black leather. However, now that I have been using it for a while I am most pleased.

First of all, I doubt this product was "made in the USA". Saw what appeared to be the exact same product elsewhere for 30% less, and the construction is disappointing to say the least.

Paid extra for "made in USA" as well as alleged durability. Started falling apart within 15 minutes of opening the package. The eyelet that keeps the chain from pulling through the leather is probably the most essential piece of hardware in this design . . . and it popped out almost immediately.

And let me discuss the wallet chain itself. GARBAGE. The Chinese do FAR better work than this. I'd expect better from India or Pakistan as well. "Made in the USA" they claim. I claim BS. Maybe these were constructed by tweakers living in the trailer park behind a Wal*Mart in Arkansas, as I've seen superior manufacturing aptitude from the Third World primitives in Bangladesh and Nepal. No spring rings, swivels, or snap clasps here . . . no; what I received was a low quality chain with clipped rings on either end attached to S-connectors. The leather belt attachment was of inferior quality, with no swivel, sloppily attached, damaged upon receipt, AND there was a low quality extraneous keyring clippy thing stuck to it. Chain and attachment loop are GARBAGE. Whoever is making these should be homeless.

Why 2 stars? Excellent design. Leather is decent quality. Whoever is cutting the leather is good to go. Stitching? Stitching is okay, but it is NOT double stitched. Hardware (snaps and eyelet) are substandard. Chain is unacceptable.

I paid WAY too much for this wallet. Hopefully I'll be able to get the eyelet replaced soon.

YES IT IS BIG... but well laid out. I have 2 pair of pants this wallet won't fit into but the rest work well. The wallet is about as wide as a CD case, so if you wanna be sure B4 ordering, slide a CD case in your back pocket, If it fits the wallet will too. When I use my cards for purchases I keep the receipt, I used to have to put it behind any money I had in my old wallet, now have special slot for them. Also the cards, I have fuel card and many frequent fueler cards plus my own debit cards, I used to have to stack them together and destroyed many stripes because of it. Now they are easier to find and hopefully will last the full 2 yrs. The only complaint would be the chain, a little short and lite weight for me. I just switched it w/ my last chain and good to go. Had this wallet about a month and love it holds up well after driving truck for 60 hours a week.

Nice and big. I've been using this wallet for about a year. Still holding up great...like new actually. Leather is real, and thick. Hardware is fine. Holds my checkbook, debit cards, business cards, and every other card I can think of. Compartment for greenbacks is just barely long enough, so don't try fitting a STACK of bills in there. Need to get a chain a couple inches longer so I can set the wallet on the counter when writing checks, but it's not a huge inconvenience. Was hesitant to spend so much on a wallet, but I'm very glad I did. Very pleased with this product.

This wallet IS large, but in spite of that awkward moment when you are trying to stuff it back into your pocket, it is awesome. I am very happy with the construction and just the way it is designed and layed out.

I really like this wallet. I have had a few other chain wallets but none of them were this big (and for me the big size is fine). I really like the clip for the keychain. It is easy for me to always find where my keys are. The only problem I had after a short time of owning the wallet the snap on the belt clip broke. I found a leather shop that gladly fixed it for me and the snap is fine now. The snaps on the wallet have never been a problem but should they become a problem I would take it back to the same leather shop and get it fixed.

Pros:
It has a large capacity -- many pockets
It's supposedly Made in the USA
Leather throughout (except cardholder pockets)

Cons:
Too big for some pants pockets
Eyelet fell out rather quickly
Card holder pockets are now starting to tear after about 2 years
Card holder pockets are plastic instead of leather
Hardware is kind of mediocre -- had to swap it out with better
Poorly designed pockets and position of chain eyelet means everything falls out of wallet should it dangle from chain

I am currently looking for a sturdier, smaller wallet of better overall quality and design.

wallet was a gift for a male friend who is very specific about the things he uses. He is very hard to shop for, and loved everything about this wallet! Great wallet, came quickly and looked just like the image/description.
