recently purchased this product under the impression that it would work for my lg cu400 cell phone as stated in the write up , turns out it doesn't, no drivers anywhere, i dont think anyone under the sun has ever gotten a data cable to work for this phone.nothing wrong with the product, arrived promptly with driver disk but does not and will not work with this phone

My new data cord works very well. The customer service for this item was very good. I received it without a hitch. However, it came with a CD which I thought would be the one you needed to use the cord--not so. I guess I didn't understand what I was getting. I felt like an idiot when I found I couldn't use the cord to download what I want--the pictures I take with my phone. The CD I actually need is probably another expense and something different than what I have.

I guess the cord may be OK, but it didn't allow me to move info from my phone to my cmputer and I couldn't find anything on the internet telling me how to make it work.
