All of these recipes are served at Cucina Bella in Chicago. They are universal and are easy to create at home.

This book was one of several suggestions from my son for his birthday &/or Christmas. He used to frequent the restaurant in Chicago, "Cucina Bella", and so it was a a great trip down memory lane! The autographs were a bonus! I may have to buy one for myself, the recipes are great too!
