Editorial Reviews

Review

"Overall, this is a very useful book and a fabulous review of emergency medicine topics....I could see using this as a quick reference either on the job or after coming home from a shift for a quick read. The sections on seizures and syncope justify the new edition. 3 Stars."--Doody's Review Service (1995 Australian Yachtsman of the Year )

This review is from: CURRENT Diagnosis and Treatment Emergency Medicine (LANGE CURRENT Series) (Paperback)
Same CURRENT format, updated for the next year of reading. Important as you review for examinations especially if you have a book that is 2 or 3 years old from before. Good updates for HIV, Syncope and Seizures. Based on the current practices at time of publishing. Easy to read, easy to find the topics and just enough information to get the point. Compact, easy to transport and lots of information. Highly recommended by student and practicing professional.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good and concise Emergency Medicine book, June 5, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: CURRENT Diagnosis and Treatment Emergency Medicine (LANGE CURRENT Series) (Paperback)
Good book with all the basics, but a little bit smaller than I expected. The advanced cardiac life support pharmacotherapy summary information on the inside of the front and back covers is really useful.
