Great for Surgical Clerkships!,
By Knife in Training (South Texas, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: CURRENT Surgical Diagnosis & Treatment (LANGE CURRENT Series) (Paperback)
Excellent resource for your surgical clerkship. A little bulky for the wards, but it does provide enough information to get through the tiring weeks without losing more sleep at home wading through unnecessarily verbose descriptions. There's enough information to cover patients pre-op to post-op, equally useful on the floors and in the ICU. I highly recommend this book for 3rd and 4th year med students and those beyond looking for something less weighty than Sabiston's but comparably dense with information.
